You said yourself you were missing on purpose. If you're told to play and you're not you can be killed.

If I say actively participate and I see someone like Cookie and Boppin miss the 3rd jump on climb 10x each they're probably delaying on purpose.

If someone in spleef is told to participate and they reload between every shot, shoot slowly, and aim at the walls instead of the floor we know they're delaying.

Admin discretion. Noobs can still delay, but more likely the experienced guys are.
