I don't believe that Tomatoes adds to cancer. Recently, Tomatoes was very respectful and helpful. He is super friendly to new players. He doesn't shoot them in the head if they don't know what do to. He explains them the orders. Also, he's helpful. I saw him report rules breakers many times in admin chat. I never saw him being disrespectful toward other players. Finally, he's a good ct. I never had to punish him for bad rules knowledge. I think he could be a decent level 1.

exactly this is what was meant by you are always in a rush, on several occasions I have had you near raging in admin chat and quickly jumping to conclusions before full evaluation of the situation you are in when truly upon revision you would have easily come to the conclusion that it wasn't the other party's fault.
