The bunny hop in mini games seems like you stick to the ground every time you auto-bhop but in bhop,course and jailbreak its not the case just seeing if there could be something done about this
This is intentional I'm pretty sure.

people very often comment on how our auto bhop kinda lags before each jump compared to other servers' autobhop, but I don't really know about the topic.

I haven't noticed the bhop in the server in itself yet, but from what you've said that's generally because since the hops come from the server (assuming we're talking about auto-bhop or any kind of hop assist) then it'll lag depending on your ping to the server, because the server is the one creating/helping your hops, and I believe the MG server is in the West Coast(right?) therefore players from other areas will have 60 ping +/- and will definitely see a minor lag every hop. You can test it yourself by downloading some porn obviously and trying to get around 200 ping+ and you'll notice the huge lag in hops, it's something not very possible to fix though


edit: to add onto that, it could be that people notice the difference because course jb and bhop servers are from East coast if I'm not mistaken, also I found this thread where people complain about it once they reach 50 or more pingĀ https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2426279
So, it depends on ping and a few other things. IDK if the bhop plugin on minigames uses the cvar or simulated autobhop using sourcemod. If it is the cvar, is should be smooth as butter. If it is simulated, it will take a few ticks to do some calculation for the autobhop velocity and what not. I will look into it.
