Do not grief. (includes trolling, ghosting, mic spam etc.)
1st offense: Verbal warning.
2nd offense: Kick.
3rd+ offense: 30 minute ban.
Do not leave pug before the game is finished unless you have a replacement. (your replacement must acknowledge they are replacing you before you disconnect)
1st offense: 2 hour global ban
2nd offense: 24 hour global ban
3rd+ offense: 1 week global ban
After 30 days without a PUG related punishment, this counter is reset.
Do not switch teams once a pug has started.
